Rebecca was very knowledgeable about the Co-Op homes in the Washington DC area and helped me identify the right property at the right price. She also helped me navigate through the loan process which was different and difficult than a typical loan. She was also quick to respond to requests as well as following up with others to get the process going. I would highly recommend Rebecca for any real estate transactions.

Rebecca is a great agent!! I'd highly recommend her being your buyer agent! She really speaks on your side and proactively alert you any trouble you'd want to avoid moving forward with the process. One thing I want to note is that she is super responsive! She is so fast with text or email and  you'd almost feel that she is just next to you. I actually switched from another agent to her just because of this. Rebecca knows the process inside out and she provides great advice. I bought two units from her and she made sure everything was moving along smoothly!

Rebecca was very helpful with my overseas purchase. She was very flexible with her availability given the difference in our time zones, and was able to provide many of the documents that I needed to complete electronically. We found Rebecca's info on Zillow while we were overseas and wanted to buy a house site unseen. Rebecca contacted us immediately even though it was late at night her time. Rebecca guided us through the process with expert precision. She never over promised or exagerated details. She was very honest  and provided us guidance to make the best decision. She was never ever pushy, rather she honestly informed us and told us we had to make our own decision. She gave us her honest opinion when asked. We ended up buying the perfect property for our price range and desired locatin site unseen -- Rebecca was our eyes on the ground. She arranged for all of the paperwork to be completed electronically and she always resonded within an hour of us asking a question. Her integrity and responsiveness aree impressive. My husband and I were completely new to the DC area and began calling real estate agents to help us find a new home. After two agents didn't work out, we found Rebecca. When we first met, she listened to our wants and needs and immediately had several properties in mind for us to look at. Because  of our work schedule, we often had to call Rebecca at nights and on weekends -- and each time she responded within minutes. When work made looking at properties in some parts of town time prohibitive, Rebecca was there to pick us up from the metro. We're not quite sure when she sleeps or if she ever has a day off. I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to let everyone know how terrific Rebecca Spitzer is. I’ve never met any professional so responsive to my inquiries. My original intention was to only use her for a comparative market analysis for an investment property, but what I received was so thorough I decided to continue working with her. And since Rebecca sent me the initial analysis, she has been available 24/7 to wisely answer any question. When I first met her, I was worried that she might be too inexperienced to work with a real estate investor (rather than homebuyer) as she looks even younger then the Zillow photograph. Nothing could be further from the truth. She is both incredibly well-informed and intelligent. In fact, she ended up teaching me a couple of tax saving tricks to consider when buying a local investment property. And having bought and sold a few homes over the years I was impressed. Rebecca is the kind of person who is easy to get along with and I felt more knowledgeable as a result of her guidance during the entire process. Rebecca Spitzer is not only a knowledgeable realty professional but a pleasure to work with.
